Welcome to HypeCut AI ("HypeCut", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website, apps, or APIs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor (Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Credits & Usage

Plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credits do not roll over and are not exchangeable for cash. Fair-use limits may apply to prevent abuse.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. You grant HypeCut a limited licence to process, store, and transform your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, nor to spam, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.

6. AI Output

AI-generated captions, hooks, and edits may contain errors. Review output before publishing. HypeCut is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeCut's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
